The Construction Corporation

Steve Barr was the founder of The Construction Corporation and incorporated the organization in the State of Texas in 1989.  Through his prior relationships with several corporate clients, he built numerous projects for several customers including Leslie’s Pool Supplies, Michael’s, Disney Store, Busybody Fitness and Citibank.  Steve also gave to the community by building over six churches and a synagogue in the Dallas metro area.  Some of the earlier medical clients included the Big Bend Regional Medical Center, Fort Davis Veterinary Hospital, the Midland Memorial Hospital, UT McDonald’s Observatory and over 150,000 SF of commercial office space.

Subbu Neti joined The Construction Corporation in 2006 as a partner and has since taken over as the President of the organization.  He had a key role in acquiring some of our corporate clients including NCDR, LLC (Kool Smiles), Diabetes America, Cute Smiles 4 Kids and GE Oil & Gas, GE Power & Water and GE Pipeline.  He has also worked on several medical and dental projects for independent healthcare entities.  Subbu has continued to give back to the community by working with non-profit organizations as well as working with religious organizations to build churches and temple structures.  He takes a very hands-on approach and enjoys site visits to check on progress, is always available for questions from clients and subcontractors, plays an integral role in the project management and quality control functions of our organization.

The reason for our continued success in working with corporate clientele is our ability to provide cost effective solutions to address their needs while maintaining quality, timely delivery and exceptional customer service.  We have continued to invest in our people keeping up with the latest construction technologies through Continuing Education Programs for project management and safety (OSHA), seminars and conferences.  We also maintain excellent relationships with architects, engineers, vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors as they are crucial to the success of our core business functions.
