We work and live in the areas you want to build. Being familiar with local codes and jurisdictions helps streamline the development phase. Knowing when, where and how to keep the project moving, even before the shovel hits the dirt, helps us stay on time and save you money!
One area where we differ from other construction firms is with our attention to detail. Our entire team cut their teeth for several years designing and building projects capped with many years of commercial design and building experience. We can provide as little or as much of that familiar feeling that you desire.
We also invest a lot of time with each of our clients by meeting with them several times before construction begins and listening to their needs and requirements. This helps us to provide a plan that is tailored to address each client’s needs and address issues that may be encountered on a daily basis. We are able to use our design/build experience to help guide the client in areas where they may be unsure, such as ADA requirements, type of construction, wood versus steel, etc.
